تُعلن شركة نهدي الطبية عن حاجتها لتعيين أخصائي جراحة العظام (مسجل) للعمل في عياداتها بمدينة أبها (عسير). تشمل المهام تشخيص وعلاج الإصابات والأمراض، وفحص المرضى، وأخذ التاريخ الطبي، ووصف الأدوية، وإجراء وتفسير الاختبارات التشخيصية، وتقديم الاستشارات الصحية. بيئة العمل: داخلية بنسبة 100%، أيام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع مع يوم إجازة، وساعات العمل: 8 ساعات صافية يومياً وفقاً لجدول المناوبات المعتمد.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقييم المرضى وتوثيق النتائج.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ خطة رعاية المريض.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول حالتهم الصحية والفحوصات المطلوبة وخيارات العلاج واستخدام الأدوية.
  • تثقيف المرضى حول تعزيز الصحة والوقاية من الأمراض.
  • طلب ومراجعة نتائج الفحوصات التشخيصية للمرضى.
  • وصف الأدوية للمرضى.
  • الوفاء بالالتزامات المتعلقة بسجلات المرضى.
  • أداء المهام الأخرى المتعلقة بالوظيفة حسب التكليف.
  • الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات عيادات نهدي للرعاية (NCC) واللوائح والقوانين.
  • الالتزام برسالة ورؤية وأهداف ومعايير الممارسة في NCC.
  • المشاركة الفعالة في جميع لجان وفرق العمل التابعة لـ NCC المكلف بها.
  • الالتزام بمعايير الجودة الصادرة عن المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية (CBAHI).
  • إنشاء والحفاظ على علاقات عمل فعالة وتعاونية مع الإدارات الأخرى والجهات المحلية والموردين والمرضى وعائلاتهم.
  • استكمال متطلبات السلامة من الحرائق.
  • الامتثال لمعايير الهيكل السريري والإداري بما في ذلك الحضور.
  • المشاركة في أنشطة تحسين الجودة المستمرة / تقييم البرامج ومراقبة الإجراءات لضمان تحقيق معايير الجودة من وزارة الصحة وCBAHI.
  • المشاركة في التطوير المهني المستمر لجميع الموظفين المبتدئين.
  • التوجه نحو الممارسة المبنية على الأدلة.
  • دمج عوامل السكان مثل التراث والبيئة وانتشار الأمراض في رعاية المريض.
  • تطوير والمشاركة ودعم برنامج التعليم الطبي المستمر للقسم أو العيادة المكلف بها من قبل الرئيس، بما في ذلك الجولات والمؤتمرات والمحاضرات ونوادي المجلات وغيرها من الأنشطة التعليمية.
  • المهام التخصصية: امتيازات محددة بناءً على تدريبه وخبرته ومهاراته وفق إرشادات المجلس الصحي السعودي.
  • أداء مهام إضافية حسب التخصص وامتيازاته السريرية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • درجة الماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعة معترف بها، أو زمالة معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد الحصول على درجة الماجستير، أو أن يكون مؤهلاً لأداء امتحان البورد في التخصص.
  • رخصة ممارسة مهنة سارية المفعول كأخصائي (مسجل) في التخصص ذي الصلة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات الحاسوب: إجادة استخدام أنظمة Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
  • اللغات: إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Service as a Registrar in the Orthopedic Surgery Registrar department is to Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses. Responsible to examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Responsible to counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare whenever it is related to their individual cases.

Accountabilities

  • Assess patients and document findings.
  • Designs and executes the patient’s plan of care.
  • Educates patients on their health condition, investigations required, treatment options and medication use.
  • Educates patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Orders and reviews result of patients’ investigations.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Fulfills his/her obligations related to Patient Records.
  • Prescribe medications for patients.
  • Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Adherent to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, Rules & Regulation.
  • Adherent to the mission, vision goals and practice guidelines in NCC.
  • Actively participate in all NCC Committees and Task Forces that he/she are assigned to.
  • Adherent to the CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other departments of the NCC, other local agencies, vendors, patients, their families and other interested parties.
  • Completes fire safety requirements.
  • Complies with clinical & departmental structure standards, including attendance.
  • Participates in continuous quality improvement / program evaluation activities and observe measures to ensure Clinical, MOH and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are met.
  • Participate in continuous professional development of all junior staff.
  • Evidence base oriented.
  • Integrate the population factors of heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into a patient's care.
  • Develops, participate and supports an active Continuing Medical Education program for the Section, Department or Clinical assigned by the chairman which may include rounds, conferences, lectures, and journal clubs and other educational activities.

Specialty Tasks:

  • Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
  • Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.

Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.

SCFHS License

  • Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Computer Skills

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
