شركة Nahdi الطبية تعلن عن وظيفة نقيب توصيل منزلي في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • توصيل الطلبات المطلوبة للعميل في الوقت المناسب وتحصيل المبلغ حسب الفاتورة المسلمة من الصيدلي.
  • دعم ومراجعة تحضير الطلبات (المنتج الصحيح وعدد القطع) بالتنسيق مع الصيدلي ونقل الطلب من المخازن إلى السيارات لضمان دقة الطلبات ورضا العملاء.
  • ضمان ترتيب المنتجات وتأمينها داخل المركبة وفق تعليمات التشغيل لمنع أي تلف.
  • إرجاع المنتجات غير المسلمة إلى الصيدلية (مرتجعات، تالفة، غير مرغوب فيها من العملاء... إلخ).
  • إيقاف المركبة بجوار الصيدلية في المكان المتفق عليه بعد تسليم جميع الطلبات لضمان أمن المركبة.
  • تنظيف المركبة وفحص مستويات الماء والزيت والأجهزة الميكانيكية... إلخ لضمان جاهزية السيارة ونظافتها.
  • قيادة المركبة وفقًا للوائح الحكومية لتجنب أي مخالفات.
  • لا تقتصر واجبات الموظف على ما ورد أعلاه، فقد يُطلب منه أداء مهام أخرى تُسند إليه.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة.
  • خبرة سنة واحدة على الأقل.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية المفعول.
  • بيئة العمل: داخل المبنى 10%، خارج المبنى 90%.
  • أيام العمل: 6 أيام في الأسبوع، يوم إجازة واحد.
  • ساعات العمل: فترتان، كل فترة 9 ساعات، من 9 صباحًا إلى 4 صباحًا.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • اللغة العربية (مستوى أساسي).
  • مهارات الحاسوب: لا توجد متطلبات محددة.

Job Description

This role main purpose is to ensure timely delivery of products to customers in line with the governmental regulations and the safety instructions.

Accountabilities

Captain(s) Responding:

  • Deliver the requested items to the customer in timely manner and collect the payment as per the invoice communicated from the pharmacist.

Captain(s) Readiness:

  • Support & Double check orders preparation “Correct item and items number through the collaboration with the pharmacist and transferring the order from stores to the cars to ensure orders accuracy and customers’ satisfaction level are achieved.
  • Ensure that items are properly stacked and secured inside the vehicle as per the operations instructions in order to prevent any damage.
  • Return the undelivered items to the pharmacy (returns, damages items, undesired from customers….etc.).
  • Park the vehicle by the pharmacy in the agreed spot after delivering all the orders to ensure the vehicle security.
  • Clean the vehicle and check the water, oil levels, mechanic devices….etc to ensure the car readiness and tidiness.
  • Drive the vehicle in line with the governmental regulations in order to avoid any penalties.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

  • Working Hours : 9 AM to 4 AM “ 2 shifts 9 hours per shift “
