تعلن شركة النهدي الطبية عن توفر وظيفة مسجل مختبر (علم الأمراض السريري) في نجران، السعودية. المسؤول عن الإشراف العام على إدارة المختبر والحفاظ على سلامته وتوجيهه، مع العمل في بيئة داخلية 100%، 6 أيام عمل في الأسبوع، 8 ساعات صافية حسب المناوبات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • مراجعة ضبط الجودة (QC) لجميع إجراءات المختبر.
  • متابعة الصيانة اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية لجميع معدات ومرافق المختبر.
  • مراجعة وتوقيع اختبارات المختبر، وكتابة التعليقات والتوصيات لإجراء فحوصات إضافية للمرضى المحتاجين.
  • فحص المخزون المخبري وإصدار أوامر الشراء لمختلف الشركات ومتابعة توصيل جميع مستلزمات المختبر.
  • إعداد ميزانيات الوحدة وتقارير المساءلة وخطط التشغيل والأعمال، والتفاعل مع مختلف الجهات الإدارية والطبية فيما يتعلق بالجوانب البينية (المستلزمات/المعدات، التدريب الداخلي، تحليل التكاليف وغيرها).
  • التأكد من التنفيذ الكامل لسياسات السلامة الفيزيائية والكيميائية والبيولوجية.
  • ضمان الظروف الصحية والبيئية للمختبر.
  • الاستشارة مع الأطباء الآخرين في جميع العيادات وطوارئ المستشفى عبر الهاتف للإبلاغ عن نتائج المختبر عالية الخطورة لاتخاذ إجراءات طارئة.
  • الإشراف على الاختبارات عالية التعقيد عند إجرائها من قبل الموظفين.
  • المسؤولية عن برامج التدريب والتعليم الطبي المستمر لجميع موظفي المختبر.
  • تنفيذ برنامج اختبار الكفاءة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.
  • تقييم أداء الموظفين السنوي وتوثيقه.
  • ضمان وجود آلية لحل أي شكوى ضد المختبر من الموظفين أو الجمهور أو عملاء المختبر.
  • المهام التخصصية: امتيازات محددة بناءً على تدريبه وخبرته ومهاراته وفق إرشادات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • أداء مهام إضافية بناءً على التخصص والامتيازات السريرية الممنوحة.
  • لا تقتصر مهام الموظف على ما سبق، ويمكن للمدير تكليفه بمهام أخرى حسب حاجة العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الطب والجراحة من جامعة معترف بها.
  • درجة الماجستير في التخصص ذي الصلة من جامعة معترف بها، أو زمالة معتمدة من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
  • خبرة سريرية لمدة سنتين بعد الحصول على الماجستير أو أن يكون مؤهلاً لامتحان البورد في التخصص.
  • رخصة الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) سارية المفعول كمُسجل في التخصص ذي الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إجادة استخدام برامج Office وأنظمة المعلومات الصحية.
  • إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة بطلاقة.

Job Description

Responsible for overall supervision administration of the laboratory maintain guide and safety of laboratory.

Accountabilities:

  • Reviewing QC of all laboratory procedures done in the laboratory.
  • Follow up daily, weekly & monthly maintenance of all laboratory equipment and facilities.
  • Revision and signature laboratory tests, making comments and write recommendations for further investigations for patients in need.
  • Checking laboratory inventory, making purchasing orders to different companies and follow delivery of al laboratory requirements.
  • Prepares unit budgets, accountability reports, operating and business plans, interacting with various administrative and medical personnel regarding inter-functional aspects (supplies/equipment, in-service training, cost analysis activities etc.)
  • Checking perfect implementation of the physical, chemical and biological safety policy & procedures.
  • Ensure physical & environmental health conditions of the Laboratory.
  • Consultation with other physicians in all clinics and ER by phone to report high-risk laboratory results for emergency actions.
  • Supervision of the high complexity tests while done by personnel.
  • Responsible for the training programs and continuous medical Education for all laboratory staff.
  • Implementation of proficiency testing program and taking any Corrective actions when needed.
  • Annual personnel performance evaluation and documentation.
  • Ensuring a mechanism for resolution of any complaint against The laboratory either from the staff, Public or clients of the Laboratory.

Specialty Tasks:

  • Specific privileges based on his training, experience, skills and in the guidelines of the Saudi health council.
  • Performs additional tasks based on specialty and their Clinical Privileges.

The employee’s duties are not limited to the above-mentioned accountabilities. The manager can assign other duties based on the business need.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from recognized universities.
  • Master’s degree in (related specialty) from recognized universities. OR Fellowship with SCFHS approval.

Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience following Master’s degree or is eligible to sit the board examination in the specialty.

SCFHS License

  • Licensed as Registrar in (related specialty) from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Computer Skills

  • Office & Health Information Systems

Languages

  • English and Arabic (fluent speaking and writing)
