Role Description The Dermatology Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca, responsible for providing comprehensive dermatological care to patients. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, performing skin examinations and minor dermatologic procedures, and developing individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic skin conditions. The consultant will interpret diagnostic tests, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, counseling patients on prevention and skincare, participating in case discussions, and contributing to quality improvement and clinical guideline development within the dermatology service.
Qualifications:

elevant medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completed residency or specialist training in dermatology.
Current professional license and eligibility to practice dermatology in Saudi Arabia, or ability to obtain required licensing.
Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosing and managing common and complex dermatologic conditions, including procedural skills (e.g., biopsies, minor surgeries).
Strong patient-centered communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care clearly and respectfully.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, showing collaboration, accountability, and professional integrity.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and adherence to clinical protocols.
Commitment to continuous professional development, evidence-based practice, and participation in teaching or case discussions as needed.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage for patient communication.
Prior experience in a hospital or clinic dermatology setting is preferred, especially in high-volume outpatient services.
Must be able to work at our Taif branch, Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia.
