تقدم عيادات ماسترز كلينيك (Masters Clinics) في جدة فرصة توظيف لاستشاري أمراض نساء وتوليد (Gynecologist Consultant) للعمل بشكل كامل وضمن الموقع، مع تقديم رعاية صحية متخصصة قائمة على الأدلة وببيئة آمنة تحترم المريض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية شاملة في أمراض النساء والتوليد تشمل الاستشارات الخارجية والرعاية الداخلية وخدمات الطوارئ.
  • إجراء تقييمات المرضى وطلب وتفسير الفحوصات التشخيصية وإجراء العمليات والجراحات حسب الحاجة.
  • وضع خطط علاج فردية وتقديم استشارات حول الصحة الإنجابية وتنظيم الأسرة والرعاية قبل وبعد الولادة.
  • إدارة الحالات الروتينية والمعقدة في أمراض النساء والتوليد.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات طبية دقيقة والتعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والمشاركة في الاجتماعات السريرية.
  • الالتزام بالمبادئ التوجيهية السريرية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة طبية معترف بها وإتمام الإقامة في طب النساء والتوليد، وشهادة البورد أو ما يعادلها في تخصص النساء والتوليد.
  • رخصة سارية لممارسة الطب في المملكة العربية السعودية أو القدرة على الحصول على الترخيص وفقاً للوائح المحلية.
  • خبرة سريرية مثبتة في رعاية النساء والتوليد تشمل إدارة الحمل الروتيني وعالي الخطورة وجراحة النساء والصحة الإنجابية.
  • مهارات تشخيصية واتخاذ قرارات قوية مع القدرة على إدارة الحالات المعقدة والطارئة بأمان وفعالية.
  • مهارات تواصل واستشارة ممتازة مع نهج يركز على المريض والقدرة على العمل مع أفراد من خلفيات ثقافية متنوعة.
  • القدرة على التعاون ضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات والإشراف على الكوادر الطبية المبتدئة عند الحاجة، والمساهمة في مبادرات تحسين الجودة السريرية.
  • الالتزام بالممارسة القائمة على الأدلة والتطوير المهني المستمر والالتزام بالمعايير الأخلاقية والتنظيمية.

المهارات المطلوبة

Role Description The Gynecologist Consultant will provide comprehensive gynecological and obstetric care, including outpatient consultations, inpatient care, and emergency services. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures and surgeries as indicated, and developing individualized treatment plans. The consultant will counsel patients on reproductive health, family planning, prenatal and postnatal care, and manage both routine and complex gynecological conditions. Additional tasks include maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, participating in clinical meetings, and adhering to clinical guidelines and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, requiring regular presence in the clinic and hospitals as needed.
Qualifications
  • Recognized medical degree and completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology; board certification or equivalent in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid license to practice medicine in Saudi Arabia or eligibility to obtain licensure according to local regulations.
  • Demonstrated clinical expertise in gynecological and obstetric care, including routine and high-risk pregnancy management, gynecologic surgery, and reproductive health.
  • Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex cases and emergencies safely and effectively.
  • Excellent communication and counseling skills, with a patient-centered approach and the ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, supervise junior medical staff when required, and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems; fluency in English required, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
