نبذة عن الوظيفة
تُقدّم Masters Clinics خدمات سريرية للمرضى في مجموعة من الاحتياجات الطبية، مع التركيز على الجودة ورضا المرضى والمعايير المهنية. يعمل فريق العمل في بيئة تعاونية إلى جانب متخصصي الرعاية الصحية الملتزمين بتحسين نتائج المرضى. تلتزم العيادة بالنزاهة والخدمة والتحسين المستمر، وتوفّر فرصاً للتطوير المهني في إطار منظم يركز على المريض. هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل وحضوري في الطائف، وتتضمن الترويج لخدمات العيادة ودعم اكتساب المرضى والاحتفاظ بهم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع المرضى المحتملين والحاليين وشرح خدمات العيادة وخيارات العلاج.
- الرد على الاستفسارات شخصياً وعبر الهاتف.
- بناء وإدارة العلاقات مع مصادر الإحالة.
- دعم المبادرات التسويقية.
- تتبع العملاء المحتملين وعمليات التحويل باستخدام أنظمة العيادة.
- التنسيق مع الطاقم السريري لضمان دقة المعلومات المقدمة.
- إعداد تقارير أساسية عن أنشطة المبيعات.
- المشاركة في الدورات التدريبية للبقاء على اطلاع دائم بالخدمات ومعايير التواصل مع المرضى.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في مجال الرعاية الصحية أو العيادات أو الصناعات القائمة على الخدمات (ميزة إضافية).
- القدرة على العمل في الموقع في الطائف، وإدارة مهام متعددة، وتحقيق أهداف الأداء.
- إلمام ببرامج المكتب الأساسية وأدوات CRM أو تتبع العملاء المحتملين (ميزة إضافية).
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق أو إدارة الرعاية الصحية أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- خبرة في المجال الطبي في مجال الأمراض الجلدية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في التواصل وخدمة العملاء.
- مهارات قوية في البيع وإدارة المبيعات.
- مهارات تدريبية لدعم تعليم الموظفين والمرضى حسب الحاجة.

Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Taif, responsible for promoting Masters Clinics’ services and supporting patient acquisition and retention. - Ability to work on-site in Taif, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM or lead-tracking tools is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
