شركة Napco National تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد فحص الجودة (QC Assistant Inspector) في المنطقة الشرقية، الدمام، المملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

استخدام فهم متين لبيئة العمل وأهداف شركة NFP، مع القدرة على تفسير وتطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية.
التواصل وتقديم المعلومات في سياق الأعمال - شفهياً وكتابياً - بطريقة واضحة وموجزة وشاملة.
تنظيم وتخطيط أنشطة العمل أو المشاريع لإنجاز المهام بكفاءة وتحقيق الأهداف قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
فهم واستخدام المعدات القياسية وأنظمة الأتمتة المكتبية والبرمجيات بشكل فعال.
المعرفة بأنواع الصيانة الفنية المختلفة وكيفية تنفيذها في NAPCO، والقدرة على تطبيق تقنيات المراقبة الشرطية والصيانة الوقائية الأساسية بشكل مستقل.
تحديد مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لقياس ومراقبة عملية ضبط الجودة لضمان إنتاج منتجات بأعلى مستوى من الجودة لتحقيق أعلى مستوى من رضا العملاء.
تطبيق سياسات ولوائح الصحة والسلامة المهنية المحلية والإقليمية والدولية، والمعايير والإجراءات التي تضعها NAPCO. فهم وتفسير المتطلبات القانونية واللوائح والإجراءات الداخلية لحماية الأفراد والممتلكات ومنع خسائر السوق.
اختبار وفحص وقياس معايير الآلات والعمليات المحددة مسبقاً في مختبرات ضبط الجودة المختلفة باستخدام معدات مختبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، ومقارنتها بحدود الأداء والمعايير وفقاً للمعايير الهندسية/الإجرائية، بهدف كشف ومعالجة الانحرافات عن المواصفات المطلوبة والحدود القياسية، واستخدام البيانات لدفع تحسينات العملية الهندسية والتصنيعية للوفاء بهذه المواصفات/المعايير.
إجراء أو توجيه تحليلات السبب الجذري (RCAs) للحوادث الجودة أو المنتجات غير المطابقة، واقتراح إجراءات وقائية و/أو تصحيحية.
فحص واختبار الأدوات وقطع الغيار والمواد الخام والمنتجات قيد التصنيع والمنتجات النهائية باستخدام معدات مختبرية بسيطة إلى معقدة، ومقارنتها بحدود الأداء والمعايير وفقاً للمعايير الهندسية/الإجرائية، لكشف ومعالجة الانحرافات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

الحد الأدنى من المؤهل التعليمي: دبلوم في ضبط الجودة.
إذا كان المؤهل ثانوية عامة، فيشترط سنة خبرة في مجال ذي صلة.

Job Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

Core Functional

Use a solid understanding of the NFP business environment and objectives, with the ability to interpret and apply internal policies and procedures.
Communicate and deliver information in a business context-both verbally and in writing-in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner.
Organize and plan work or project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short- and long-term objectives.
Understand and effectively use standard equipment, office automation systems, and software.

Technical Functional

Knowledge in the different types of technical maintenance and how they are performed at NAPCO, and ability to autonomously apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring and controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with the highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction.
Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures to protect humans, property, and prevent market losses.
Test, inspect, or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications and standard limits, and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards.
Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
