شركة معادن تعلن عن وظيفة مشرف مستودع العينات الأساسية (Core Shed Supervisor) في حقل خريص السعودية، للإشراف على عمليات إدارة العينات والمواد الجيولوجية في منجم منصورة ومسرة.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يقود وينسق مشرف مستودع العينات الأساسية أنشطة استلام ومعالجة وتتبع وتخزين وصرف العينات (قلب الماس وعينات RC) والمواد الجيولوجية في وحدة ERD الذهبية بمنجم منصورة ومسرة، وفق معايير السلامة، ضبط الجودة، سلسلة الحيازة، سلامة البيانات والكفاءة التشغيلية. يدعم برامج الحفر الاستكشافية وتطوير الموارد من خلال توفير سير عمل منظم للعينات وتنسيق قوي مع المقاولين وأصحاب المصلحة، بالإضافة إلى القيادة الفعالة لفريق الفنيين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية في مستودع العينات لضمان سير عمل آمن وفعال ومنظم عبر مراحل استلام العينات ومعالجتها وتخزينها وصرفها.
- تنسيق نقل عينات قلب الماس وRC من موقع الحفر أو نقطة الاستلام عبر مراحل القطع، أخذ العينات، التصوير، اختبار الكثافة النوعية، التخزين والشحن.
- ضمان تطبيق بروتوكولات أخذ العينات وترقيمها وإدخال عينات ضبط الجودة وضوابط سلسلة الحيازة ومتطلبات تسليم المختبرات بشكل متسق ودقيق.
- الحفاظ على تتبع قوي للعينات ومراقبة المخزون والتوثيق باستخدام جداول بيانات وقواعد بيانات وأنظمة إدارة ملفات رقمية معتمدة.
- مراقبة أداء ضبط الجودة، زمن دوران العينات، حالتها ومشاكل المختبر؛ رفع الانحرافات وتنسيق إجراءات المتابعة اللازمة.
- تخطيط وتوزيع المهام اليومية لفنيي المستودع والعاملين الداعمين، مع موازنة الأولويات بين الجيولوجيين وبرامج الحفر والمختبرات والخدمات اللوجستية.
- التحقق من تنظيم وترقيم ومراجعة ترتيبات المستودع وساحات التخزين والتجميع وتخزين الصواني واللباب والمواد المطحونة والمرفوضة.
- قيادة التشغيل الآمن وفحص معدات المستودع والمركبات بما في ذلك الرافعات الشوكية ومعدات الرفع، وضمان معايير النظافة.
- دعم أنظمة السلامة الميدانية والموقعية من خلال إكمال تقييمات المخاطر والمشاركة في التفتيش والتحقق من الضوابط الحرجة وتعزيز مبدأ إيقاف العمل عند الخطر.
- تدريب وتعليم ومداواة الفنيين في أخذ العينات، استخدام المعدات، ضبط الجودة، تسجيل البيانات، النظافة ومتطلبات السلامة.
- العمل كواجهة تشغيلية رئيسية بين الجيولوجيين ومقاولي الحفر والمختبرات وشركات الشحن وموظفي المستودعات ووظائف الدعم الموقعي.
- دفع التحسين المستمر في عمليات المستودع، الإنتاجية، بيئة العمل، الجودة وموثوقية البيانات لدعم أهداف الاستكشاف وتطوير الموارد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الجيولوجيا أو علوم الأرض أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات مستودع العينات، أخذ العينات الجيولوجية، دعم الحفر، لوجستيات العينات أو أدوار جيولوجية تشغيلية مماثلة.
- خبرة مثبتة في الإشراف أو قيادة الفرق في بيئة تقنية أو استكشافية أو تعدينية.
- فهم قوي لسير عمل عينات قلب الماس وRC، تحضير العينات، بروتوكولات ضبط الجودة وعمليات تسليم المختبرات.
- معرفة عملية بأنظمة إدارة السلامة والضوابط الحرجة وإدارة المقاولين في بيئة تعدينية.
- خبرة عملية في مراقبة المخزون وتتبع العينات وإدارة السجلات الرقمية وإعداد التقارير التشغيلية.
- فهم كافٍ للتسجيل الجيولوجي وسير عمل الحفر بما يمكن من مواءمة أنشطة المستودع مع أولويات برامج الجيولوجيا.

Key Accountabilities
- Supervise daily core shed operations to deliver safe, efficient and orderly workflows across sample receipt, processing, storage and dispatch.
- Coordinate diamond core and RC sample movement from drill site or pickup point through cutting, sampling, photography, SG/density testing, storage and shipment.
- Ensure sampling protocols, sample numbering, QA/QC insertion, chain-of-custody controls and lab submission requirements are applied consistently and accurately.
- Maintain robust sample tracking, inventory control and documentation using approved spreadsheets, databases and digital file management systems.
- Monitor QA/QC performance, sample turnaround times, sample condition and laboratory issues; escalate deviations and coordinate follow-up actions where required.
- Plan and assign daily work for core shed technicians and support personnel, balancing priorities across geologists, drill programs, laboratories and logistics.
- Verify that core shed layouts, storage yards, palletizing, tray/chip storage, pulps and rejects are organized, labelled and auditable.
- Lead safe operation and inspection of core shed equipment and vehicles, including forklifts and lifting equipment, and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Support field and site safety systems by completing risk assessments, participating in inspections, verifying critical controls and reinforcing stop-work expectations.
- Train, onboard and coach technicians in sampling, equipment use, QA/QC, data recording, housekeeping and safety requirements.
- Act as the primary operational interface between geologists, drilling contractors, laboratories, couriers, warehouse personnel and site support functions.
- Drive continuous improvement in core shed processes, throughput, ergonomics, quality and data reliability to support exploration and resource development outcomes.
Minimum Qualification, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geological Science or equivalent geoscience discipline is required.
- 5+ years’ experience in core shed operations, geological sampling, drilling support, sample logistics or related geology operational roles.
- Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience in a technical, exploration or mining operations environment.
- Strong understanding of diamond core and RC sample workflows, sample preparation, QA/QC protocols and laboratory submission processes.
- Working knowledge of safety management systems, critical controls and contractor management in a mining environment.
- Practical experience with inventory control, sample tracking, digital records management and operational reporting.
- Understanding of geological logging and drilling workflows sufficient to align core shed activities with geology program priorities.
