Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Consultant - Strategic Consultancy. The consultant will support and lead strategic real estate advisory assignments, including market research, feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and portfolio optimization projects. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, preparing financial and valuation models, and developing clear, client-focused reports and presentations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in client meetings, and contributing to proposal development and business growth initiatives. The consultant is expected to stay informed about local and regional real estate trends, regulations, and industry standards to provide well-grounded advisory recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in strategic consulting, real estate advisory, or related fields, with familiarity in feasibility studies and market assessments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with research tools, databases, and technology-led solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Saudi and wider Middle East real estate markets, regulations, and industry standards is highly beneficial.
