شركة تكامل القابضة تبحث عن قائد ضمان جودة (Quality Assurance Lead) للعمل في الرياض، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة وإرشاد فريق ضمان الجودة مع تعزيز معايير الجودة وأفضل الممارسات.
  • تحديد وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وعمليات ومنهجيات ضمان الجودة.
  • مراجعة المتطلبات الفنية والتجارية لضمان تغطية اختبارية كاملة.
  • تصميم وتطوير وتنفيذ خطط الاختبار وحالات الاختبار وسيناريوهات الاختبار الشاملة.
  • بناء وصيانة وتحسين أطر الاختبار الآلي.
  • إجراء اختبارات وظيفية وتكاملية وتراجعية ونظامية ودخانية واختبار API واختبار الأداء ودعم اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT).
  • التعاون مع فرق التطوير وأصحاب المنتجات ومحللي الأعمال وفريق DevOps طوال دورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC).
  • تحديد وتتبع وترتيب أولويات العيوب البرمجية والتحقق منها حتى الإغلاق.
  • تحليل الأسباب الجذرية للعيوب والتوصية بإجراءات وقائية.
  • ضمان إصدارات البرامج تلبي معايير الجودة قبل النشر.
  • إنشاء مقاييس ضمان الجودة ولوحات المعلومات وتقارير الجودة للإدارة.
  • المشاركة في تخطيط السباقات (Sprint Planning) وصيانة الأعمال المتراكمة (Backlog Refinement) وتخطيط الإصدارات.
  • دعم تطبيق التكامل المستمر/النشر المستمر (CI/CD) وأتمتة الاختبار ضمن خطوط النشر.
  • تحسين كفاءة الاختبار باستمرار من خلال الأتمتة وتحسين العمليات.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة التنظيمية ومتطلبات الأمان.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة قوية في الاختبارات اليدوية والآلية.
  • خبرة مع أدوات اختبار API مثل Postman أو Swagger.
  • خبرة في استخدام JIRA أو Azure DevOps أو أدوات إدارة دورة حياة التطبيقات (ALM) المماثلة.
  • فهم جيد لـ SQL واختبار قواعد البيانات.
  • الإلمام بنظام Git والتحكم في الإصدارات.
  • خبرة مع خطوط CI/CD (Jenkins أو Azure DevOps أو GitHub Actions أو ما شابه).
  • فهم REST APIs وهندسة الخدمات المصغرة (Microservices).
  • معرفة منهجيات Agile/Scrum.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو هندسة البرمجيات أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • 4-5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في ضمان الجودة.
  • خبرة سابقة في قيادة أنشطة ضمان الجودة أو إرشاد مهندسي ضمان الجودة.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وحل المشكلات.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
  • القدرة على العمل في بيئة Agile سريعة الوتيرة.

Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the QA team while promoting quality standards and best practices.
  • Define and implement QA strategies, processes, and testing methodologies.
  • Review business and technical requirements to ensure complete test coverage.
  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Build, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks.
  • Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, Smoke, API, Performance, and UAT support testing.
  • Collaborate with Development, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Identify, track, prioritize, and verify software defects until closure.
  • Analyze root causes of defects and recommend preventive actions.
  • Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Generate QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reports for management.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and testing automation within deployment pipelines.
  • Continuously improve testing efficiency through automation and process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and security requirements.

Job Requirements

 Technical Requirements

  • Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Experience using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
  • Good understanding of SQL and database testing.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
  • Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of hands-on technical QA experience.
  • Previous experience leading QA activities or mentoring QA engineers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
