Job Title: / Hospitality Attendant
Job Summary
The Butler / Hospitality Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests and executives by serving food and beverages, preparing dining and meeting areas, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and refreshments to guests and management in a professional manner.
- Prepare and arrange dining areas, meeting rooms, and hospitality facilities before and after use.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry, kitchenettes, dining areas, and service equipment.
- Ensure all hospitality supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages when necessary.
- Assist in setting up meetings, events, and special functions.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle hospitality requests promptly and courteously.
- Collect used dishes and utensils and ensure they are cleaned and stored properly.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while serving executives and VIP guests.
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Perform other hospitality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel services, catering, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to communicate in basic English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
