What you'll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

• Lead, supervise, and manage FM technicians’ daily activities and workload distribution.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate breakdown response and escalation management.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
• Manage technician attendance, schedules, shifts, and performance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders when required.
• Monitor asset performance and report recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and operational updates.
• Support spare parts planning and inventory control.

What you'll need:

• At least 5 years of Experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical operations.
• Previous experience leading or supervising technicians preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems and reporting tools.
