Regional Marketing Manager (Remote)

Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to join our team in a fully remote position. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple regions while managing our digital presence and social media platforms.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and offers significant opportunities for growth within an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

* Manage all company social media platforms and oversee content planning, publishing, and community engagement.

* Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic campaigns.

* Build and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen regional market presence.

* Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize marketing efforts based on data.

* Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives support company growth.

* Maintain consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

* Identify emerging marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Strong organizational and project management abilities.

* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

* Willingness and ability to travel when required.

Preferred

* Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media management, or related fields.

* Experience with marketing analytics, content management, or performance marketing is an advantage.

Training & Development

Successful candidates will participate in a mandatory two-week onboarding and training program. During this period, they will complete a professional certification fully sponsored and provided by the company.

Travel

This is a 100% remote position. Occasional business travel to the United Kingdom, United States, or Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia may be required. All business-related travel expenses, including flights, will be fully covered by the company.
