Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. This is a 100% remote position reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

The CFO will lead the company’s financial strategy, oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and risk management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring the company’s long-term financial success.

This role requires occasional travel based on business needs. The selected candidate should be willing to travel approximately once per month to the United Kingdom, United States, or Khobar, Saudi Arabia. All business travel expenses, including flights, will be fully covered by the company.

During the first two weeks of employment, the successful candidate will complete a structured onboarding and training program. As part of this process, they will be required to successfully obtain a company-provided training certification.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

* A Master’s degree (MBA, Finance, or related discipline) is considered an advantage.

* Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

* Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

* Excellent analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making skills.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

* Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

* Willingness to travel internationally when required.
