شركة الفنار (alfanar) تعلن عن حاجتها لشغل وظيفة سائق معدات ثقيلة (Driver, Heavy Duty) في جيزان، المملكة العربية السعودية، وذلك ضمن أعمالها في قطاع الإنشاءات والمقاولات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة المركبات الثقيلة مثل الحافلات والشاحنات والمقطورات، بالإضافة إلى تشغيل معدات التحميل والتفريغ.
- الإلمام التام بطرق التحميل الصحيحة وتأمين الأحمال وتفريغها، وفتح العبوات والصناديق باستخدام الأدوات اليدوية.
- فهم واتباع قواعد وأنظمة المرور، والالتزام بقوانين قيادة الشاحنات من حيث الحجم والوزن وطرق السير وفترات التوقف.
- فحص المركبات للتأكد من سلامتها الميكانيكية وخلوها من المشكلات، وإجراء الصيانة الوقائية اللازمة.
- نقل الأفراد والمواد والوقود والذخائر عبر الطرق المحددة وفقاً للمتطلبات.
- التواصل الفعال مع الزملاء والمشرفين، والتعامل مع التوجيهات والملاحظات بانفتاح.
- استخدام الأدوات والآلات بكفاءة من حيث التكلفة والوقت، وتنفيذ الأنشطة التشغيلية حسب جداول التسليم وتعليمات العمل.
- المساعدة في حل أي مشكلات ذات صلة ورفع المشكلات التشغيلية المعقدة إلى المستوى الأعلى.
- تنفيذ المهام وفقاً لإجراءات العمل الروتينية والتعليمات.
- الامتثال لجميع السياسات والإجراءات واللوائح المتعلقة بالصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الدبلوم في النقل / الخدمات اللوجستية.
- خبرة عملية تتراوح بين 4 إلى 6 سنوات في مجال القيادة الثقيلة.

Job Purpose
Drive and maintain assigned Bus, truck and trailer and any other loading/unloading equipment.
Key Accountability Areas
Responsibility:
- Possesses intricate knowledge of the proper methods of loading, securing loads and unloading supplies and equipment
- Opens bales, crates and other containers using hand tools
- Driving heavy vehicles (buses - trucks, etc).
- Understand traffic policy.
- Operates large tactical vehicles, busses, and ATVs to transport personnel, cargo, fuel, and ammunition over specified routes to local or distant points according to requirements
Quality:
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.
