المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم خدمة سلسة وشخصية من مرحلة ما قبل الوصول حتى المغادرة، لضمان رحلة استثنائية للضيف.
  • توقع تفضيلات الضيوف وتقديم لمسات مدروسة تتماشى مع فلسفة ميرافال في اليقظة والرفاهية.
  • التنسيق مع الإدارات المعنية لتلبية طلبات الضيوف بسرعة وبدقة.
  • إدارة وصول كبار الشخصيات (VIP) والتجهيزات الخاصة وخدمة الغرف مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • الحفاظ على السرية والخصوصية واللباقة المهنية في جميع الأوقات.
  • التأكد من جاهزية جميع مناطق الضيوف والغرف قبل الوصول.
  • تحديث ملفات الضيوف بشكل مستمر وتسجيل التفضيلات للإقامات المستقبلية.
  • التواصل مع مكاتب الاستقبال والتدبير المنزلي والمطبخ لضمان اتساق الخدمة.
  • تنسيق خدمة الغرف وتجهيز التجارب الخاصة داخل الغرفة.
  • التواصل الفعال بين الإدارات لتقديم تجارب سلسة.
  • دعم زملاء مكتب الاستقبال في خلق بيئة هادئة ومهنية وواعية.
  • الإبلاغ الفوري عن ملاحظات الضيوف أو مشكلات الصيانة أو فجوات الخدمة للإدارة.
  • التمسك بمعايير ميرافال في اليقظة والتعاطف والاحترام في كل تفاعل.
  • الحفاظ على المظهر الشخصي والوقفة واللغة التي تعكس الهدوء والاحترافية.
  • تجسيد طريقة ميرافال في الاتصال الصادق والرعاية المنتبهة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو درجة في الضيافة أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في فندق أو منتجع فاخر، ويفضل في دور بوتلر أو علاقات الضيوف.
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ والعربية واللغات الإضافية ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات تنظيمية واستباقية قوية مع شغف حقيقي بالخدمة والرفاهية.
  • القدرة على الوقوف والمشي لفترات طويلة، ورفع صواني الخدمة أو الأمتعة أحيانًا.
  • العمل في منتجع صحي وجهة سياحية على جزيرة شورا بالبحر الأحمر، داخل وخارج المباني حسب الحاجة.

GENERAL ROLE:

As a Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, your role is to deliver bespoke, intuitive, and heartfelt service tailored to each guest’s needs. You embody the essence of mindful hospitality-anticipating preferences, personalizing experiences, and ensuring that every moment reflects Miraval’s values of empathy, integrity, and wellbeing. You are a trusted ambassador of our purpose: to care for people so they can be their best.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Butler, you will need to:

  • Guest Experience
  • Provide seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
  • Anticipate guest preferences and deliver thoughtful touches aligned with Miraval’s philosophy of mindfulness and wellbeing.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and flawlessly.
  • Handle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and in-room service setups with attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professional discretion at all times.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Ensure all guest areas and rooms are checked for readiness prior to arrival.
  • Keep up-to-date guest profiles and record preferences for future stays.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary to ensure service consistency.
  • Manage in-room dining coordination and setup for private experiences.
  • Communication & Teamwork
  • Communicate effectively across departments to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Support Front Office colleagues in creating a mindful, calm, and professional environment.
  • Report guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service gaps promptly to management.
  • Wellbeing & Brand Values
  • Uphold Miraval’s standards of mindfulness, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
  • Maintain personal grooming, posture, and language that reflect serenity and professionalism.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in Butler or Guest Relations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic and additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and anticipatory skills with genuine passion for service and wellbeing.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (IF ANY):

  • Standing and walking for extended periods; occasional lifting of service trays or luggage.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Wellness destination resort located on Shura Island, Red Sea.
  • Indoor and outdoor work environments as required.
