We're Hiring: HSE Training Manager

Join us and play a key role in shaping a strong safety culture across major construction and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in HSE training and development, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Certified NEBOSH Tutor, IOSH Approved Trainer, OSHA Approved Trainer, or equivalent
• OSH Practitioner/Professional Certification issued by the Ministry of HRSD (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of KSA and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices
• Proven experience in designing and delivering HSE training programs for employees, management, and contractors
• Experience with e-learning development and web-based training modules
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s HSE training strategy
• Design and deliver classroom, on-site, workshop, and e-learning programs
• Conduct training needs assessments and develop training matrices
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain training records and management reports
• Coach and mentor HSE trainers and coordinators
• Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE training requirements and standards
• Promote a culture of safety, learning, and professional development across the organization
