The role

Own HUMAIN's business-performance engine - connecting operating plans, performance, and insight so the organization identifies variance to plan early and acts on it decisively, increasingly AI-native.

What you'll do:

Operating plans - partner with each unit to build their annual operating plans from the business plan and scorecard KPIs.

Performance reviews - run the monthly and quarterly business review cycle end to end.

Variance & mitigation - own variance-to-plan analysis and drive mitigation jointly with the teams.

Reporting & dashboards - own executive reporting, dashboards, and insight, including a standardized weekly executive report to the CEO.

AI-native performance management - deploy AI agents to drive tracking, insight, and reporting.

Build & lead - operate as a player-coach, building and scaling a performance team over time.

What success looks like:

First 90 days: scorecard-aligned operating plans across every unit and a standardized review cadence running across the business.

By 6-12 months: variance consistently identified and acted on, leadership equipped with trusted visibility, AI-native reporting delivering measurable gains.

What you'll bring:

10+ years in business performance, strategy, or business operations - tech / AI / digital preferred.

Built a performance-management / operating-review engine at scale (MBR/QBR, dashboards, executive reporting).

A strategic operator who turns variance into action; disciplined in scorecard-based planning and fluent opposite Finance.

Strong analytics and synthesis; executive-grade communication - this role reports weekly to the CEO.

Hands-on experience applying AI to performance tracking and reporting.

Bachelor's required; MBA / advanced degree a plus. English mandatory; Arabic a plus.
