شركة Easy World Automation (eWorld) تبحث عن محاسب (Accountant) للعمل في مدينة الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يهدف هذا الدور إلى الإشراف على التدفقات النقدية ومراقبتها عبر شركات مجموعة Easy World، مع ضمان التحكم الفعّال وإدارة عمليات تحويل الأموال. تشمل المسؤوليات التنسيق مع البنوك، وإدارة الحسابات البنكية للشركات، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة، وتنفيذ المعاملات البنكية، ودعم أنشطة إدارة النقد، وتقديم رؤى وتوصيات مالية للإدارة لدعم العمليات التجارية واتخاذ القرارات المالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقارير يومية عن الوضع النقدي للبنك.
- تقديم تقارير إدارية شهرية (MIS).
- التنسيق مع البنوك والتعامل مع جميع الأعمال المتعلقة بالبنوك.
- مساعدة مدير المالية في إجراء عمليات التدقيق ومراجعة الحسابات، وحل جميع الاستفسارات.
- إتمام التسويات البنكية الشهرية، وتسوية الأطراف ذات العلاقة شهرياً، وإقفال الحسابات.
- معالجة المدفوعات (حوالات بنكية TT، شيكات) والتحقق من المصروفات النثرية (Petty Cash).
- ضمان دقة القيود المحاسبية وإدخال الأنظمة.
- إدارة معاملات الحسابات المدينة (RP) (إصدار شيكات مؤجلة PDC ومتابعة الأموال).
- الحفاظ على جميع السجلات المالية والسجلات وجداول البيانات والسجلات الدفترية المطلوبة من قبل الشركة.
- التسوية الشهرية للحسابات الدائنة (AP) والمدينة (AR).
- احتساب دقيق وتقديم إقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) والزكاة في الوقت المحدد.
- الجرد الفعلي للمخزون، والتنسيق، وتحليل الفروق، ووضع خطط للإجراءات التصحيحية.
- تسوية المدفوعات، والشحنات، والتحويلات البنكية، والأطراف ذات العلاقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف.
- إجادة التواصل على مستوى الإدارة ومع البنوك / العملاء.
- شخصية ذاتية التحفيز مع مهارات إدارية فعّالة.
- المبادرة والقدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية وتجاوزها.
- إلمام جيد ببرامج المحاسبة وبرنامج Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات تحليلية واستدلالية وحل مشكلات استثنائية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو ماجستير إدارة الأعمال في المالية / المحاسبة.
- خبرة عمل لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.

Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to oversee and monitor cash flow across Easy World Group companies while ensuring effective control and management of money transmission processes. The role is responsible for coordinating with banks, managing corporate bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, executing banking transactions, supporting cash management activities, and providing financial insights and recommendations to management to support business operations and financial decision-making.
Duties/Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to oversee and monitor cash flow across Easy World Group companies while ensuring effective control and management of money transmission processes. The role is responsible for coordinating with banks, managing corporate bank accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, executing banking transactions, supporting cash management activities, and providing financial insights and recommendations to management to support business operations and financial decision-making.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible to make Checks Daily bank position
- Provide monthly MIS management reports
- Responsible for liaising with banks and handling all banks related works
- Assisting the Finance Manager for carrying out audits and getting the books of accounts audited, resolving all queries.
- Responsible for completing monthly bank reconciliation, monthly reconciliation of related parties and closing of books.
- Responsible to Process payments (TT, Cheques) and Verification of Petty Cash
- Ensures accurate Book Keeping and System entries
- RP Transactions (Issue of PDC and Fund Monitoring)
- Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets and registers as required by the company.
- Monthly reconciliation of AP and AR.
- Accurate computation and timely filing for VAT and Zakat returns.
- Responsible of Inventory physical verification, coordination and discrepancy analysis and plans action.
- Payable clearing, shipping clearing, bank transfer clearing, related party reconciliation.
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in communicating at management level and with banks / customers
- Self-motivated individual with effective management skills
- Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass timelines
- Computer savvy with good accounting software knowledge and Microsoft excel
- Posses’ exceptional analytical skills, reasoning skills and problem-solving skills
- Arabic speaker is an added advantage.
- Bachelors’ Degree in Accounting OR MBA Degree in Finance / Accounting.
- 5 years of work experience in a similar role
