تسعى شركة Solventum (الرائدة في مجال الرعاية الصحية) إلى تعيين مستشار دولي في مجال سلامة واكتمال التوثيق السريري والترميز (International CDI/Coding Consultant) للعمل في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع إمكانية العمل عن بُعد وسفر عالمي مكثف.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يقوم المستشار بمراجعة التوثيق السريري لضمان الدقة والاكتمال والامتثال لمعايير الترميز والتنظيم، بهدف دعم تعيين رموز وDRGs دقيقة.
- كجزء من فريق استشارات CDI الدولي، تشمل المهام إجراء مراجعات للسجلات الطبية للمستشفيات ونقل المعرفة لفرق CDI لدى العملاء لتعزيز ممارسات التوثيق وفعالية البرامج على المدى الطويل.
- يتطلب الدور سفراً عالمياً يتراوح بين 50% و75% من الوقت.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء مراجعات استرجاعية للسجلات الطبية (المرضى الداخليين و/أو الخارجيين) لتقييم دقة واكتمال وخصوصية التوثيق السريري.
- تطبيق المعرفة بمجموعات رموز ICD-10 ورموز الإجراءات وأنظمة تصنيف DRG لتحديد الفجوات في التوثيق والترميز.
- استخدام المصطلحات الطبية ومراجعة الإجراءات لتقييم فرص تحسين التوثيق السريري.
- مراقبة الأطباء والمبرمجين وموظفي CDI لفهم سير العمل الحالي وممارسات التوثيق.
- إجراء مقابلات مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية (فريق CDI، فريق الترميز، الأطباء، رؤساء الأقسام) لجمع رؤى حول تحديات التوثيق الحالية.
- تقييم فعالية عمليات CDI في المستشفيات وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- تطوير استفسارات منظمة وملاحظات عند الحاجة إلى توضيح أو توثيق إضافي.
- تجميع نتائج المراجعة في تقارير واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ تشمل الفجوات والمخاطر والتوصيات.
- إجراء جلسات نقل المعرفة لتعليم فرق العملاء أفضل الممارسات في التوثيق والامتثال.
- التعاون مع فريق إدارة المشاريع لضمان الاتساق والجودة عبر مهام المشاريع.
- الحفاظ على السرية التامة وأمن البيانات في التعامل مع سجلات المرضى ومعلومات المستشفى.
- المشاركة في تجميع اتجاهات البيانات ونتائج المراجعة لإعداد تقارير تلخيصية للإدارة والتنفيذيين.
- حضور اجتماعات مع الجهات المعنية الرئيسية لمراجعة النتائج ومناقشة التوصيات الرئيسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة مشارك أو أعلى في التمريض (يفضل بكالوريوس التمريض)، الطب، العلوم شبه الطبية، أو مجال سريري ذي صلة (إلزامي)، أو درجة في إدارة المعلومات الصحية (RHIA، RHIT أو شهادة ترميز أخرى).
- شهادة CDI سارية المفعول (CCDS، CDIP أو ما يعادلها) مفضلة، و/أو ثلاث سنوات خبرة أو أكثر في منصب متعلق بـ CDI أو الترميز داخل مستشفى أو نظام صحي.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في سلامة واكتمال التوثيق السريري (CDI) أو خبرة في الترميز السريري.
- فهم قوي لتصنيف ترميز ICD-10، ومنهجيات DRG، ومبادئ الترميز السريري وإرشاداته.
- خبرة في مراجعة التوثيق السريري والاستفسار عنه.
- القدرة على إجراء مقابلات منظمة وملاحظات سير العمل مع موظفي المستشفى.
- إجادة كتابة ملخصات المراجعة وعرض النتائج بشكل احترافي.
- معرفة وخبرة في استخدام التطبيقات الحاسوبية بما في ذلك برامج الاستخلاص والترميز، وبرامج تجميع DRG، وأنظمة معلومات المستشفى (HIS).
- طلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- إجادة استخدام مجموعة Microsoft Office.
- مؤهلات إضافية تفضل: شهادة في الترميز (AAPC، HIMAA، AHIMA أو ما يعادلها)، شهادة في إدارة المعلومات الصحية (RHIA، RHIT، CHIM)، خبرة في نموذج استشاري أو تدقيق أو خدمة CDI خارجية، الإلمام بأنظمة السجلات الطبية الإلكترونية (EMRs) وأدوات CDI، خلفية في تقديم التدريب أو نقل المعرفة لفرق CDI أو السريرية، إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إضافة إلى لغات أخرى مثل العربية، الهولندية، الفرنسية، البرتغالية، الألمانية.
- موقع العمل: عن بُعد مع سفر دولي يصل إلى 50-75% (يشترط جواز سفر ساري المفعول). لا توجد مساعدة في الانتقال.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان مجموعات رموز ICD-10 وأنظمة تصنيف DRG.
- مصطلحات طبية متقدمة ومراجعة الإجراءات.
- إجراء مقابلات وملاحظات سير العمل.
- كتابة تقارير المراجعة وعرض النتائج.
- استخدام برامج الاستخلاص والترميز، وتجميع DRG، ونظم معلومات المستشفى.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (واللغات الإضافية ميزة).
- إجادة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).

The CDI/Coding Consulting Specialist is responsible for conducting a review of clinical documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with coding and regulatory standards. The goal is to support accurate code and DRGs assignments.
As part of Solventum CDI international consulting team, this role involves conducting chart reviews for hospitals and transferring knowledge to different clients’ CDI teams to help strengthen their documentation practices and long-term program effectiveness.

- Conducting retrospective chart reviews(inpatient and/or outpatient) to assess accuracy, completeness, and specificity of clinical documentation
- Applying knowledge of ICD-10 code sets, procedure code sets and DRG classification systems to identify documentation and coding gap
- Applying medical terminology and review of procedures to assess clinical documentation opportunities
- Shadowing physicians, coders, and CDI staff to understand current workflows and documentation practices
- Interviewing key stakeholders (e.g., CDI team, coding team, clinicians, department heads) to gather insights into existing documentation challenges
- Evaluating the effectiveness of hospitals CDI processes and identify areas for improvement
- Developing structured queries and feedback where clarification or additional documentation is needed
- Compiling audit findings into clear, actionable reports including identified gaps, risks, and recommendations
- Conducting knowledge transfer sessions to educate client teams on best practices in documentation and compliance
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure consistency and quality across project engagements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security in handling patient records and hospital information
- Participate in aggregating data trends and audit findings to prepare management and executive level summation reports
- Attend meetings with key stakeholders to review findings and discuss key recommendations
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following skills and qualifications:
- Associates Degree or higher in nursing (BSN preferred), medicine, paramedical sciences, or a related clinical field is a must or degree in Health Information
- Management (RHIA, RHIT or other coding certification)
- Valid CDI Certification (CCDS, CDIP, or equivalent) is preferred and/or three (3+) years working in CDI or coding related position within a hospital or health system
- Minimum 3 years of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) or clinical coding experience
- Strong understanding of ICD-10 coding classification, DRG methodologies, and clinical coding principles, and coding guidelines
- Experience reviewing and querying clinical documentation
- Ability to conduct structured interviews and workflow observations with hospital staff
- Proficiency in writing audit summaries and presenting findings professionally
- Knowledge and experience to navigate computer applications including abstracting and encoding software, DRG grouper software, and hospital information systems HIS
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Certification in coding: AAPC, HIMAA, AHIMA or equivalent
- Certification in Health Information Management with one of the following: RHIA or RHIT, CHIM or equivalent
- Experience working in a consulting, audit, or third-party CDI service model
- Familiarity with EMRs and CDI tools
- Background in delivering training or knowledge transfer to CDI or clinical teams
- Fluent English, additional languages are welcomed: Arabic, Dutch, French, Portuguese, German
