المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم المشورة الاستراتيجية: التعامل مع كبار العملاء وتقديم التوجيه الاستراتيجي بشأن العلاقات الحكومية والمبادرات السريرية مع درجة عالية من الاستقلالية، وضمان توافق حلول Solventum مع الأطر التنظيمية والاحتياجات السريرية.
- إدارة المشاريع: قيادة ودعم المشاريع المعقدة المتعلقة بتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية، وأنظمة تصنيف المرضى، وخطط الدفع. تسهيل ورش العمل، وإجراء تحليلات متعمقة، وترجمة النتائج إلى توصيات قابلة للتنفيذ.
- التأثير في السياسات: المساعدة في تطوير وتنفيذ حلول وخدمات Solventum الصحية، لا سيما في مجالات برامج الشراء القائم على القيمة، وصحة السكان، ومجموعات التشخيص ذات الصلة (DRGs)، وغيرها من الأدوات المملوكة التي تهدف إلى تعزيز جودة الرعاية الصحية وإدارة التكاليف.
- التواصل والتعاون: إعداد وتقديم عروض تقديمية عالية التأثير تُحَوِّل نتائج المشاريع المعقدة إلى رسائل واضحة ومقنعة. العمل بشكل تعاوني عبر الفرق والتفاعل بفاعلية مع أصحاب المصلحة على جميع المستويات التنظيمية.
- الابتكار والتطوير: قيادة الابتكار في قطاع الرعاية الصحية من خلال تطوير وتحسين الحلول التي تعالج التحديات الحالية، والاضطلاع بدور محوري في تشكيل الاتجاه المستقبلي لسياسات وأنظمة الرعاية الصحية في المنطقة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس بسجل أكاديمي ممتاز مطلوبة؛ يُفضَّل وجود درجات متقدمة (ماجستير إدارة أعمال، دكتوراه) في المجالات ذات الصلة.
- درجة الماجستير في الاقتصاد الصحي أو الصحة العامة أو مجال سياسات ذي صلة مرغوب فيها بشدة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في القطاع العام أو الصحي مع فهم قوي لأنظمة الرعاية الصحية وسير العمل السريري ودورات الإيرادات.
- معرفة شاملة باتجاهات صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات الصحية ومقاييس النتائج السريرية.
- مهارات استثنائية في التحليل وحل المشكلات الكمية مع القدرة على تطبيقها في سياق استراتيجي.
- قدرة مثبتة على توصيل الأفكار المعقدة بوضوح وفاعلية شفهياً وكتابياً باللغة الإنجليزية (إجادة اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية).
- خبرة في التخطيط الاستراتيجي والقدرة على تعديل خطط الدفع الحالية بناءً على تحليل كميات كبيرة من البيانات.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Project وحزمة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint).
- قد تتضمن الوظيفة ما يصل إلى 40% سفراً محلياً ودولياً.
- مكان العمل: هجين (حضوري وعن بُعد)، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Engage with senior clients, offering strategic guidance on government relations and clinical initiatives. Operate with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring that Solventum’s solutions are aligned with both regulatory frameworks and clinical needs.
- Project Management: Lead and support complex projects related to healthcare quality improvement, patient classification systems, and payment schemes. Facilitate workshops, conduct in-depth analyses, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Policy Influence: Assist in the development and implementation of Solventum’s healthcare solutions and services, particularly in areas such as value-based purchasing programs, population health, DRGs, and other proprietary tools aimed at enhancing healthcare quality and cost management.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations that distil complex project outcomes into clear, compelling messages. Work collaboratively across teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Innovation and Development: Drive innovation within the healthcare sector by developing and refining solutions that address current challenges. Play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of healthcare policies and systems in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record is required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, PhD) in relevant fields preferred.
- Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, or a related policy field is highly desirable.
- 5-7 years of experience in the public or health sector, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and revenue cycles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare IT industry trends and clinical outcome measures.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these in a strategic context.
- Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Experience with strategic planning and the ability to adjust current payment schemes based on large data analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of healthcare policy and economics.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives in the healthcare sector.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- This position may include up to 40% domestic and international travel.
