المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كقائد أمن تقني لنشر مراكز البيانات الكبيرة ونشر الذكاء الاصطناعي السيادي، وتطبيق خبرة عميقة في مجالات مثل التشفير وإدارة المفاتيح والهندسة المعمارية الآمنة.
- تصميم وتشغيل البنية التحتية للهوية و PKI، وإنتاج أدلة تشغيل مفصلة للعمليات للحفاظ على أمان mTLS وإدارة دورات حياة الشهادات وتأمين المفاتيح الخاصة والأسرار باستخدام KMS.
- إدارة هندسة أمن المحيط وعمليات جدار الحماية، وتكوين وإدارة الجدران النارية من الجيل التالي (مثل Palo Alto و Fortinet) لفرض سياسات الدخول والخروج التي يحددها العملاء وتأمين حدود المجموعات.
- قيادة ضمان سيادة البيانات والامتثال، ومراجعة هندسة النظام مقابل الأطر التنظيمية والأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات ذات الصلة (مثل KSA NCA ECC و CCC و PDPL) لضمان بقاء بيانات الذكاء الاصطناعي السيادي مقيمة ومسيطر عليها ومحمية داخل حدود مركز البيانات.
- هندسة ضوابط أمن التخزين بالتعاون مع العمليات، وتنفيذ التشفير عند السكون وضوابط وصول صارمة لـ NFS/S3 على منصات VAST/DDN لحماية بيانات التدريب وأوزان النماذج والأصول الحساسة.
- تحديد وضع أمن Kubernetes والحاويات مع فرق البرمجيات، ووضع سياسات أمن المجموعة وتطبيق معايير أمن البودات لعزل أعباء عمل الاستدلال.
- قيادة إدارة الثغرات عبر مجموعة برمجيات الاستدلال، بالشراكة مع فرق الهندسة لتنفيذ المسح وتحديد الأولويات ومعالجة الثغرات الحرجة، وتتبع الإصلاحات حتى الإغلاق.
- قيادة أنشطة الاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية، والعمل كنقطة تصعيد رئيسية لمزود خدمات الأمن المُدار، وتنسيق التحقيق والاحتواء والمعالجة وتحليل السبب الجذري بعد الحادث للأحداث الأمنية.
- قيادة مراجعات هندسة الأمن وتحليلات السبب الجذري، وإنتاج نتائج قابلة للتنفيذ وتحديثات للقيادة العليا، ومراجعة الوثائق الفنية ومخططات هندسة الأمن قبل النشر لضمان الدقة والاكتمال.
- تصميم وتطبيق ضوابط إدارة الهوية والوصول عبر البنية التحتية والمنصات، بما في ذلك هويات المستخدمين وحسابات الخدمة وأعباء العمل، وتطبيق مبدأ الامتياز الأقل والتحكم في الوصول على أساس الأدوار وإدارة الوصول المميز لعزل المستأجرين وحماية الأنظمة الحساسة.
- إجراء نمذجة التهديدات وتحليل حالات سوء الاستخدام للبنية التحتية والمنصة وأنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحديد مسارات الهجوم والتحقق من افتراضات الأمان وإبلاغ قرارات الهندسة وتخفيف المخاطر في وقت مبكر من عملية التصميم.
- تحديد وترتيب أولويات المخاطر الأمنية المعقدة عبر الأنظمة والتبعيات، والعمل عبر الوظائف لتنفيذ التخفيفات وحل التصعيدات المؤثرة على العملاء/أصحاب المصلحة، وتعزيز الدفاعات باستمرار ضد اتجاهات الهجوم الناشئة.
- تقديم القيادة الأمنية في الموقع في المملكة العربية السعودية، والتفاعل المباشر مع فرق أمن Humain، والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق المشتركة للامتثال، ودعم الاستجابة للحوادث، وضمان تلبية النشرات لمتطلبات الأمن السيادي الإقليمية للذكاء الاصطناعي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال الأمن السيبراني.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو نظم المعلومات أو علوم الحاسب أو مجال ذي صلة بالإضافة إلى 5+ سنوات من الخبرة العملية ذات الصلة بالأمن السيبراني، أو ما يعادلها من الخبرة.
- الإلمام بلغات البرمجة مثل C أو C++ أو Java أو Python.
- سنة واحدة على الأقل في دور قيادي تقني (مع أو بدون إشراف مباشر).
- سنة واحدة على الأقل من الخبرة العملية في دور يتطلب التفاعل مع القيادة العليا (مستوى مدير فما فوق).
- شهادات مهنية ذات صلة بالأمن السيبراني.
- إتقان اللغة العربية.

- 10+ years of cybersecurity-relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Familiarity with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- 1+ year in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
- 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
- Cybersecurity-relevant certifications.
- Fluency in Arabic
- Serve as the technical security lead for large datacenter and sovereign AI deployments, applying deep expertise in areas such as cryptography, key management, and secure architecture to drive programs to completion.
- Design and operationalize Infrastructure Identity & PKI, producing detailed runbooks for operations to maintain end-to-end mTLS, manage certificate lifecycles, and secure private keys and secrets using a KMS as required.
- Own perimeter security architecture and hands-on firewall operations, configuring and managing next-generation firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet) to enforce customer-driven ingress/egress policies and secure cluster boundaries.
- Lead Data Sovereignty & Compliance assurance, auditing system architecture against applicable regulatory, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks (e.g., KSA NCA ECC, Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC), and PDPL) to ensure sovereign AI data remains resident, controlled, and protected within datacenter boundaries.
- Architect storage security controls in collaboration with operations, implementing encryption at rest and strict NFS/S3 access controls on VAST/DDN platforms to safeguard training data, model weights, and sensitive assets.
- Define Kubernetes & container security posture with software teams, establishing cluster security policies and enforcing pod security standards to isolate inference workloads.
- Drive vulnerability management across the inference software stack, partnering with engineering teams to implement scanning, prioritization, and remediation of critical CVEs, and tracking fixes through closure.
- Lead Security Incident Response activities, acting as the primary escalation point for the Managed Security Service Provider (MSP), coordinating investigation, containment, remediation, and post-incident root cause analysis for security events.
- Lead security architecture reviews and root cause analyses, producing actionable findings and updates for senior leadership (e.g., Sr. Director+), and reviewing technical documentation and security architecture diagrams before publication to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Design and enforce identity and access management controls across infrastructure and platforms, including user, service account, and workload identities. Implement least-privilege access, role-based access control, and privileged access management to isolate tenants and protect sensitive systems.
- Perform threat modeling and abuse case analysis for infrastructure, platform, and AI systems to identify attack paths, validate security assumptions, and inform architecture decisions and risk mitigations early in the design process
- Proactively identify and prioritize complex security risks across systems and dependencies, working cross-functionally to execute mitigations, resolve escalations impacting customers/stakeholders, and continuously strengthen defenses against emerging attack trends.
- Provide KSA on-site security leadership, interface directly with Humain’s security teams, participate in joint compliance audits, support incident response, and ensure deployments meet regional sovereign AI security mandates.
