Impact Arabia Building Solutions is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support the CEO and manage the company's daily administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in managing daily business operations.
- Prepare quotations, delivery notes, invoices, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and project requirements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
- Assist in improving internal processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced Level) - Mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) - Mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience in construction materials or building solutions is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Package: SAR 3,000 - 4,000 per month (Full Package).
