يسعى SJ Group إلى توظيف مهندس مطارات لكتابة العروض (Proposal Airport Engineer) في منطقة الرياض، لدعم الفريق الإقليمي للطيران في إعداد العروض الفنية ودراسات التخطيط لمشاريع البنية التحتية للمطارات في الشرق الأوسط.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد المحتوى الفني والمنهجيات وسرد النطاق لعروض الطيران.
- مراجعة طلبات العروض (RFPs) من العملاء وتحديد المخاطر والفرص الفنية.
- دعم دراسات تخطيط المطارات والمخططات والتقارير الفنية.
- تنسيق المدخلات الفنية متعددة التخصصات عبر مشاريع الطيران.
- دعم عروض العروض التقديمية والمراجعات الفنية وأنشطة التقديم.
- ضمان التوافق مع معايير ICAO وIATA والمعايير ذات الصلة بالطيران.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة في الهندسة المعمارية أو الهندسة المدنية أو هندسة الطيران أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 12 سنة في تخطيط المطارات أو تصميمها أو عروض الطيران.
- خبرة في البنية التحتية للمطارات والمشاريع متعددة التخصصات في مجال الطيران.
- خبرة مثبتة في دعم العروض الفنية وتقديم المناقصات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة في مشاريع الطيران في الشرق الأوسط.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في الكتابة الفنية وإعداد العروض.
- فهم مبادئ تخطيط المحطات الجوية والمناطق الجانبية والمطارات.
- القدرة على التنسيق بين عدة تخصصات فنية ومواعيد تسليم.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتنسيق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- الوعي التجاري وفهم استراتيجيات المتابعة.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical content, methodologies, and scope narratives for aviation proposals
- Review client RFPs and identify technical risks and opportunities
- Support airport planning studies, layouts, and technical reports
- Coordinate multidisciplinary technical inputs across aviation projects
- Support proposal presentations, technical reviews, and submission activities
- Ensure alignment with ICAO, IATA, and relevant aviation standards
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Aviation Engineering, or related field
- 8-12 years of experience in airport planning, design, or aviation proposals
- Experience in airport infrastructure and multidisciplinary aviation projects
- Proven experience supporting technical proposals and tender submissions
- Middle East aviation project experience is preferred
- Strong technical writing and proposal preparation skills
- Understanding of terminal, airside, and airport planning principles
- Ability to coordinate multiple technical disciplines and deadlines
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of pursuit strategies
