شركة التصنيع الراسخة "The Arab Lens" تبحث عن مدير إنتاج لقيادة عمليات الإنتاج في مكة وجدة، السعودية، وضمان تنفيذ أهداف التصنيع بكفاءة وجودة وأمان مع الالتزام بمعايير السلامة ودعم النمو المستمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قيادة عمليات الإنتاج اليومية في المنشأة التصنيعية.
  • تطوير جداول إنتاج تلبي الطلب والقدرة التشغيلية.
  • مراقبة كفاءة الإنتاج والجودة والتكاليف التشغيلية.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • التنسيق مع أقسام التخطيط وسلسلة التوريد والصيانة والجودة.
  • تنفيذ مبادرات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing) وتحسين العمليات.
  • مراقبة استخدام المعدات وأداء الإنتاج.
  • تطوير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للإنتاج وتقارير الإدارة.
  • إدارة ميزانيات الإنتاج وتخطيط القوى العاملة.
  • قيادة تطوير الموظفين وإدارة الأداء والتخطيط للخلافة.
  • دعم إدخال المنتجات الجديدة ومشاريع تحسين التصنيع.
  • تعزيز ثقافة التحسين المستمر والتميز التشغيلي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو التصنيع أو الهندسة الصناعية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال التصنيع تشمل مسؤوليات إدارة الإنتاج.
  • فهم قوي لعمليات التصنيع وتخطيط الإنتاج.
  • خبرة في تنفيذ مبادرات التصنيع الخالي من الهدر (Lean Manufacturing).
  • فهم قوي لأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) والجودة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع أنظمة ERP التصنيعية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية إلزامية؛ واللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات قيادية ممتازة.
  • مهارات تحليلية واتخاذ قرارات قوية.
  • القدرة على تحسين الأداء التشغيلي وقيادة فرق العمل.

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Production Manager to lead its production operations and ensure the efficient delivery of manufacturing objectives. The company is committed to maintaining high standards of product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety while supporting continued business growth.

The Role

The Production Manager will oversee all production activities, ensuring manufacturing operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with production plans. The successful candidate will lead production teams, optimize manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily production operations across the manufacturing facility.
  • Develop production schedules that meet customer demand and operational capacity.
  • Monitor production efficiency, quality, and operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality departments.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor equipment utilization and production performance.
  • Develop production KPIs and management reports.
  • Manage production budgets and workforce planning.
  • Lead employee development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support new product introductions and manufacturing optimization projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing experience, including production management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and production planning.
  • Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong understanding of HSE and quality management systems.
  • Experience working with ERP manufacturing systems.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be considered an advantage.
