Position Summary

The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the hotel, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, effective cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all hotel accounting and finance functions.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Monitor cash flow, profitability, and operational expenses.

• Coordinate internal and external audits.

• Ensure VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and develop the finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, SOCPA or equivalent preferred.

• Minimum 5 years hotel finance experience.

• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and Excel.
