Job Summary

We are seeking a curious, independent and technology-minded early-career

accountant based at DataFlow's Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Riyadh to provide

regional financial management, accounting and reporting for the Group's

subsidiaries, branches and affiliates operating across the Middle East and North Africa

(MENA) region.

Reporting into the Regional Headquarters and delivering services to DataFlow's

regional entities under an intercompany services agreement with DataFlow Dubai,

the role's minimum scope of coverage is the MENA region and spans multiple

countries outside the Kingdom.

This is a full-time position dedicated to the activities of the Regional Headquarters.

The successful candidate will be eager to learn, comfortable working autonomously,

and excited to grow and evolve alongside the automation and AI tools that are

reshaping the finance function.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and

compliance of all financial records and reports with the respective local accounting

standards, as well as local tax regulations (Zakat, VAT in KSA and various taxes in other

locations).

This role requires a strong foundation in both local and international accounting

principles, a genuine appetite for learning, and the ability to work independently

across a multi-jurisdictional environment that spans the MENA region.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Scope & RHQ Alignment

● Operate as a regional finance role within DataFlow's Regional Headquarters in

Riyadh, with the MENA region as the minimum scope of coverage.

● Manage and oversee the accounting, financial management and reporting of

the Group's non-KSA regional entities, which report into the Regional

Headquarters.

● Consolidate and review regional financial performance, budgets, and

operational and financial reporting across multiple MENA jurisdictions.

● Support regional business planning, financial oversight, and compliance and

internal control for the Group's subsidiaries, branches and affiliates operating in

the region.

● Deliver these regional finance services under an intercompany services

agreement with DataFlow Dubai, in line with the Group's transfer pricing policy.

● Ensure all duties remain aligned with the Regional Headquarters' licensed

activities and exclude revenue-generating commercial operations, which are

carried out by the Group's separately licensed operating entities.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

● Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets,

profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements for the Group's regional

entities across the MENA region.

● Conduct monthly and annual financial closings in a timely and accurate

manner, making use of automation and AI-assisted tools to improve

turnaround and accuracy where appropriate.

● Ensure all financial data is properly recorded, reconciled, and adheres to

company policies and relevant accounting standards.

Compliance & Audit

● Ensure strict compliance with all local accounting standards and regulations.

● For KSA: Adhere to the standards set by the Saudi Organization for Certified

Public Accountants (SOCPA), which are largely converged with International

Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Be familiar with Zakat and tax

regulations.

● Oversee compliance and financial reporting for the Group's regional entities in

line with each jurisdiction's local accounting standards and tax requirements

across the MENA region.

● Prepare and file all necessary tax returns and government-mandated reports

(e.g., VAT and Zakat in KSA).

● Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits in each of the

regional jurisdictions, providing all necessary documentation and support.

General Accounting Duties

● Manage and reconcile general ledgers, accounts payable, accounts receivable,

and bank accounts for the Group's regional entities.

● Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are

accurately recorded.

● Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data

confidentiality.

● Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing

discrepancies as needed.

● Prepare and manage payroll-related accounting entries and compliance.

Continuous Improvement & Technology Adoption

● Proactively explore, trial and adopt new AI and automation tools to streamline

accounting workflows, reporting and reconciliations.

● Take ownership of your own development, keeping pace with evolving

accounting standards and emerging finance technology.

● Show initiative in identifying process improvements and see them through
