Role Description The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving product and process quality across operations in the Riyadh Region. This full-time, on-site role involves planning and executing quality assurance and quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and root cause analysis of defects. The Quality Engineer will develop and maintain quality documentation, support the implementation of quality management systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring key quality metrics, leading corrective and preventive actions, participating in audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Quality Engineering, including methods, tools, and data-driven problem solving.
  • Hands-on experience in Quality Control activities such as inspection, testing, and defect tracking.
  • Proficiency in Quality Assurance practices, including process validation, audits, and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Product Quality, including performance monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with Quality Management systems and standards (e.g., ISO or equivalent frameworks).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, engineering, and management teams.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Riyadh Region and adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.
