انضم إلى فريق هيلتون في المملكة العربية السعودية كمساعد مدير مكتب أمامي (Assistant Front Office Manager). ستساهم في الإشراف على عمليات مكتب الاستقبال اليومية وتقديم تجارب ضيافة استثنائية تضيء أيام النزلاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم عمليات مكتب الاستقبال اليومية: المساعدة في الإشراف على أنشطة المكتب الأمامي، بما في ذلك خدمة النزلاء، تسجيل الوصول، إدارة الغرف، والالتزام بالسياسات والمعايير.
- مراقبة ورفع مستوى الخدمة: المساعدة في تتبع رضا النزلاء، معالجة مشكلات الخدمة، وتوجيه الفريق لتنفيذ تحسينات تعزز تجربة النزلاء.
- دعم مبادرات الإيرادات: المساعدة في الترويج لخدمات الفندق وتنفيذ أساليب البيع الإضافي (up-selling) لزيادة إشغال الغرف ونمو الإيرادات.
- تعزيز معرفة الفريق: تقديم تحديثات وتدريبات منتظمة لضمان اطلاع الفريق على عروض الفندق، خدماته، والمعالم المحلية.
- إسعاد النزلاء: استقبال النزلاء، الرد على الاستفسارات، وحل المشكلات فوراً للحفاظ على معايير الخدمة.
- الإشراف على تجربة النزلاء من كبار الشخصيات (VIP): مراجعة حجوزات كبار الشخصيات وضمان تجربة سلسة ومتميزة عند تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة.
- تحفيز الفريق وتطويره: الإشراف على أعضاء فريق المكتب الأمامي، دعمهم، متابعة الأداء، تقديم التدريب، وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية ومنتجة.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Support daily front office operations: Assist in overseeing Front Office activities, including guest service, registration, room inventory, and adherence to policies and standards
- Monitor and elevate service: Assist in tracking guest satisfaction, addressing service issues, and guiding the team to implement improvements that enhance the guest experience
- Support revenue initiatives: Assist in promoting hotel services and executing up-selling tactics to drive room occupancy and revenue growth
- Facilitate team knowledge: Provide regular updates and training to ensure the team is well-informed of hotel offerings, services, and local attractions
- Delight our guests: Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly to uphold service standards
- Oversee VIP guest experience: Review VIP reservations and ensure an elevated and seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support front office team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment
