TAAM Health is looking for an TAAM Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Summary

• Build and manage consolidated demand planning capability across hospital clusters. Translate historical consumption data into forward-looking replenishment plans that eliminate stockouts and reduce overstock.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain consolidated demand forecasts across all 20 hospital clusters.
• Design and implement demand planning processes, frameworks, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with Procurement to align replenishment plans with supplier lead times.
• Analyze consumption patterns, seasonality, and demand variability across clusters.
• Build and manage a team of Demand Planners (2 direct reports).
• Provide Holdco leadership with visibility into demand signals and inventory risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with statistical forecasting tools and ERP systems.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG background preferred.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; exposure to BI tools is an advantage.
• Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English is required.
