Role Summary

• Manage inter-cluster and intra-cluster stock distribution operations. Own the physical execution of stock reallocation, transport coordination, and distribution planning to ensure the right stock reaches the right cluster at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute stock reallocation transfers across inter-cluster and intra-cluster networks.
• Manage logistics and transport partners to ensure timely and cost-effective stock movement.
• Oversee a Distribution Planner and coordinate closely with cluster-level coordinators.
• Monitor key distribution KPIs such as lead time, fill rate, and transaction accuracy.
• Develop and maintain distribution SOPs, processes, and contingency plans.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Procurement teams to ensure aligned supply flow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehousing operations.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Healthcare or multi-site distribution experience is preferred.
• Strong operational execution and problem-solving skills.
• Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English is required.
