استشاري طب أسنان الأطفال في مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث بالرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • المسؤول عن تشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية، وتقديم الرعاية الطبية في مجال طب أسنان الأطفال وفقاً للوائح وأنظمة الكادر الطبي الحالية وسياسات وإجراءات المنظمة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تقديم رعاية عالية الجودة للمرضى في جميع جوانب طب أسنان الأطفال وفقاً للصلاحيات السريرية المعتمدة.
  • تقديم الاستشارات (للمرضى المنومين وطوارئ) عند الطلب والاستجابة في الوقت المحدد ضمن الإطار الزمني المقرر وفق سياسة المنظمة.
  • المسؤولية عن إتمام السجل الطبي في الوقت المحدد وبكفاءة ودقة ومطابقته للشروط.
  • توفير خدمة المناوبات وضمان التوفر ووقت الاستجابة ضمن الإطار الزمني المقرر وفق سياسة المنظمة.
  • إجراء الجولات الصباحية اليومية لتحديد المرضى المستعدين للخروج، وضمان كتابة أوامر الخروج قبل 24 ساعة من الخروج.
  • أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى متعلقة بطب أسنان الأطفال حسب التكليف.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتدريب بجانب السرير والإشراف على المتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء حسب التكليف.
  • المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية للقسم، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية الوطنية والدولية.
  • الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية ومتطلبات التعليم المستمر وتعزيزها.
  • المشاركة في مشاريع بحثية سريرية وأساسية وترجمة وفق سياسة المجلس الاستشاري للبحوث لتعزيز المعرفة وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي والمساهمة في الاعتراف الوطني والدولي بالمنظمة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • التخرج من كلية طب معتمدة، وإكمال فترة التدريب المطلوبة في التخصص و/أو التخصص الفرعي، مع الحصول على البورد العربي أو الأمريكي أو الزمالة أو العضوية في المملكة المتحدة و/أو كندا أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في التدريب في التخصص أو التخصص الفرعي، بالإضافة إلى خبرة ما بعد التخرج تعادل أو تزيد عن سبع (7) سنوات في التخصص الفرعي.

Summary

Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions, as well as the provision of medical care in the field of Pediatric Dentistry in accordance with the current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Organization policies and procedures.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Clinical Responsibilities

Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of Pediatric Dentistry according to his/her approved clinical privileges.
Provides consultation (inpatient, and emergency room) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in Organization policy.
Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical record.
Provides on-call service and ensures availability and response time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with Organization policy.
Conducts daily morning rounds to identify patients ready for discharge. Ensures that discharge orders are written 24 hours prior to discharge.
Performs any other clinical responsibilities related to Pediatric Dentistry, as assigned.
Academic Responsibilities
Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to interns, residents and fellows as assigned.
Participates in Department’s educational activities and training programs. Partakes in national and international medical conferences.
Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements.
Research Responsibilities
Participates in clinical, basic and translational research projects in accordance with Research Advisory Council Policy in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of postgraduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of the Organization.

Education

Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of required period of training in specialty and/or subspecialty, with Arab or American Board certification, membership and/or fellowship status in the United Kingdom and/or Canada or their equivalent.

Experience Required

Seven (7) Years of training in specialty or subspecialty plus postgraduate training experience must be equal to or exceed seven (7) years’ experience in the subspecialty.
