Job Summary

Saeed Ahmed Al-Mahroos & Sons Co., a leading FMCG company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking motivated and customer-focused Saudi Salesmen to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring excellent product visibility across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned customers and outlets according to the planned route schedule.
• Promote and sell the company's FMCG products to retail, wholesale, and key customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, and merchandising at customer locations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Submit daily sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
• Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain company assets, sales tools, and product samples responsibly.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Saudi National (Mandatory).
• High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Previous sales experience in FMCG is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• Basic computer and mobile application skills.
• Fluent in Arabic; English communication skills are an advantage.
