We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional who can manage carting (transport) operations while also handling government tenders through the Etimad platform (tenders.etimad.sa).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in logistics operations and Etimad tender processing, ensuring smooth execution of both field activities and contract-related requirements.

• Supervise daily loading, unloading, and transport movement of goods
• Assign and manage drivers, helpers, and vehicles
• Plan and monitor daily schedules to ensure timely deliveries
• Track trips, vehicle utilization, and turnaround times
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams
• Ensure all delivery documents and reports are accurate and completed
• Monitor vehicle condition and coordinate maintenance when required
• Enforce safety standards, PPE usage, and operational compliance

• Handle full operations on Etimad platform (tenders.etimad.sa)
• Identify and review relevant government tenders and RFQs
• Prepare and submit technical and financial proposals
• Upload and manage required documents and compliance certificates
• Monitor tender status, clarifications, and award results
• Coordinate internally for pricing, costing, and approvals
• Ensure compliance with Saudi government procurement regulations
• Maintain proper records of all submitted tenders and contracts

• Proven experience using Etimad (tenders.etimad.sa)
• Experience handling Saudi government tenders
• Background in logistics, transport, or carting operations

• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Practical knowledge of fleet management and routing
• Good understanding of Saudi logistics and transport regulations
• Accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset for operational and tender challenges

• Proficiency in:
• Etimad platform
• Microsoft Excel & email
• Logistics / transport systems (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business (preferred)

• Experience in logistics companies serving government clients
• Strong knowledge of tender pricing and costing
• Familiar with local transport routes in Saudi Arabia
• Able to manage both office (tenders) and field (operations) work

• Based in Jeddah
• May require extended hours, weekends, or shifts based on operations
• Combination of field supervision and office-based tender work
