Greenland Group is looking for BMS Technician - Saudi BIGA, KSA

Job Description / Responsibility

A BMS technician is often referred to as a "building detective" because they bridge the gap between hardware, software, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. Their daily tasks generally involve:

• System Monitoring: Observing building performance through centralized computer dashboards and responding to system alarms.
• Hardware Maintenance: Calibrating sensors, repairing field devices, and ensuring Direct Digital Controls (DDC) panels communicate properly.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing communication faults (e.g., BACnet, Modbus) and resolving issues within air handling units (AHUs), chillers, and lighting systems.
• Energy Optimization: Adjusting control sequences to reduce overall power consumption while maintaining occupant comfort.

Educational Requirements

• HSC
• Diploma in Engineering
• Skills Required: Hardware & Networking, BMS, MEP, Chiller operation

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes,Overseas Companies,Group of Companies,HVAC System

Salary

• Tk. 43000 - 50000 (Monthly)
