Greenland Group. is looking for Inspector - Quality Assurance (NADEC Company, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Perform quality checks across slaughter, processing, hygiene and packing areas to ensure product compliance.
• Inspect raw material, carcasses, cuts, packaging and finished products.
• Verify GMP, temperature, sanitation and process control records.
• Raise non-conformance reports and follow up corrective actions.
• Support internal audits and product release checks.
• QA inspection experience in a slaughterhouse, meat processing plant, chilled food factory or similar high-care food environment.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Livestock in Food Science & Technology
• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) in Food Science & Technology
• Skills Required: Food and Beverage, processed meat, Food items (FMCG), Manufacturing (FMCG)

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes,Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Overseas Companies,Group of Companies
