Greenland Group is looking for HSE Specialist (SHADE Corporation, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Applicants must have IOSH/NEBOSH certifications.
• English communication is mandatory.
• Policy Implementation: Design and update health, safety, and environmental programs according to local and international standards like ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Risk Assessments: Inspect job sites and facilities to spot potential hazards, unsafe behaviors, or environmental risks, and execute swift corrective actions.
• Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses on accidents, injuries, or near-misses and write formal reports with preventive recommendations.
• Training and Education: Run safety inductions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills for staff and contractors.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain logs, track safety performance indicators, and liaise with external regulatory agencies.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Skills Required: Health Safety and Environment (HSE), Safety Officer, Safety Management, Building Construction, Construction Supervision

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Training Institutes,Real Estate,Overseas Companies,Group of Companies

Salary

• Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
