Greenland Group. is looking for Lab Technician (ALMARAI Company, Saudi Arabia)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure to minimize the testing time by providing the pre-requisite support for all conducted tests in the laboratories.
• Ensure to minimize product release time by conducting assigned tests efficiently.
• Minimize product losses by conducting on-line process control tests as per the approved specification.
• Conduct accurate and on time sampling of raw materials, packaging materials and Finish Goods as per the approved sampling plan.
• Minimize erroneousness results due to contamination by cleaning the Lab ware on time and as per the approved procedure and by conducting the in-house calibration and maintenance to bring about higher degree of confidence level of quality control tests.
• Minimize the laboratory expenditures by planning the expenditures in the area of requirement to get maximum benefit of the spending and meet the set budgets.
• Minimize equipment down time due to malfunction by efficiently scheduling the maintenance.
• Maintain the highest level of health and Safety (H&S) standards in the section by carrying out H&S tasks to minimize accident & thus loss of man-hours.

Educational Requirements

• Diploma in Health Technology and Services in Food & Nutrition
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
• Skills Required: Food and Nutrition, Pharmaceutical Production, laboratory technician, Food and Beverage, Laboratory testing, Food and Beverage Preparation

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Food (Packaged)/Beverage,Overseas Companies,Group of Companies,Chemical Industries,Science Laboratory
