المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة: تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة سياسات وإجراءات HSSE بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية واتفاقيات شراء الطاقة (PPAs) ومعايير ISO (مثل ISO 45001 وISO 14001). إجراء تقييمات المخاطر ومراجعات السلامة بشكل منتظم لتحديد المخاطر وضمان بيئة تشغيل آمنة.
- التدريب والتوعية: تنظيم وتقديم برامج تدريبية في HSSE لجميع الموظفين والمقاولين لتعزيز الوعي بالسلامة ومعرفة بروتوكولات الاستجابة للطوارئ. تطوير مواد تعليمية وتوضيح سياسات HSSE لضمان الفهم والامتثال.
- التحقيق في الحوادث والإبلاغ: قيادة التحقيق في الحوادث والحالات الوشيكة والإصابات، وتوثيق النتائج والتوصية بالإجراءات التصحيحية. إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن الحوادث وتحليلات لمنع التكرار، والحفاظ على نظام شامل للإبلاغ عن الحوادث.
- الامتثال التنظيمي: ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحية والسلامة والبيئة المحلية والدولية والمعايير الصناعية الخاصة بتوليد الطاقة. التواصل مع الهيئات التنظيمية وإعداد الوثائق اللازمة للتصاريح ومراجعات الامتثال.
- التأهب للطوارئ: تطوير وتنفيذ وتحديث خطة الاستجابة للطوارئ في المحطة بشكل دوري، وضمان تدريب جميع الموظفين وإجراء التدريبات. تنسيق فرق الاستجابة للطوارئ وضمان توفر معدات الوقاية الشخصية (PPE) ومعدات السلامة وصيانتها.
- المراقبة والإبلاغ: مراقبة مؤشرات أداء HSSE وإعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة تفيد حالة الامتثال والحوادث ومبادرات التحسين. المشاركة في مراجعات وتفتيش HSSE ومعالجة أي مشكلات يتم تحديدها في الوقت المناسب.
- التعاون والتواصل: التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة (التشغيل، الصيانة، الهندسة) لضمان دمج اعتبارات HSSE في جميع جوانب تشغيل المحطة. تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال التواصل الفعال مع الإدارة والموظفين والمقاولين.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم البيئية، السلامة المهنية، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في أدوار HSSE في قطاع توليد الطاقة أو القطاع الصناعي، ويفضل في محطات الدورة المركبة.
- شهادات NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها في السلامة (يفضل).
- شهادات مراجع داخلي لـ ISO 45001 وISO 14001 (ميزة إضافية).
- الاستعداد للعمل في بيئة موقعية وإجراء تفتيش ميداني منتظم.
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات والتواصل بفعالية مع مختلف المستويات التنظيمية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ وإجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة

- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor HSSE performance metrics and prepare regular reports to management detailing compliance status, incidents, and improvement initiatives
- Participate in HSSE audits and inspections, addressing any identified issues in a timely manner
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to ensure that HSSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the plant's operations

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSSE roles within the power generation or industrial sector, preferably in combined cycle plants
- Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification is preferred; ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certifications are an advantage
