Food People has partnered with a leading FMCG company with a growing regional footprint and an ambitious growth agenda across multiple business divisions. As the organization continues to strengthen its operating model and expand its commercial presence, it is seeking an experienced Group Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with the Group CEO and the executive leadership team.

This is a highly strategic executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the Group's financial direction, governance, performance management, and long-term financial sustainability. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting business growth, strengthening financial processes, partnering with operational leadership, and providing strategic guidance to the executive team and Board. The role is ideally suited to a commercially minded finance leader who combines multinational best practices with the agility to thrive in a fast-growing regional business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group finance strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner closely with the CEO and Board to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the Group.
• Build robust governance, compliance, and internal control frameworks.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow, taxation, audit, and financial risk management.
• Support commercial decision-making through insightful financial analysis.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Lead investment evaluations, business cases, and capital allocation decisions.
• Partner with business leaders to improve profitability and operational performance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing finance organization while strengthening finance capabilities across the business.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders including banks, auditors, regulators, and investors.

Key Ingredients:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as CPA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Significant senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Strong manufacturing finance background.
• Experience gained within multinational businesses before moving into regional or local leadership roles.
• Demonstrated Board and executive stakeholder management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and business partnering capability.
• Proven leadership experience within growing and evolving organizations.
• Previous Saudi Arabia experience is essential.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to thrive within an entrepreneurial environment.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.
