Job Overview

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of kitchen and back-of-house areas within airport lounges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform dishwashing duties and ensure cleanliness of all crockery, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and workstations.

• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal according to hygiene and safety standards.

• Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and correctly.

• Support kitchen operations by keeping work areas clean and organized.

• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Senior Steward or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in stewarding, kitchen cleaning, or hospitality operations is preferred.

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.

• Diploma or vocational certificate in Hospitality or Stewarding is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

• Basic spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Valid health certificate as per Saudi regulations is mandatory.

• Willingness to work shift duties as required.

• Work location: Airport - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
