تعلن شركة Master Works (من خلال شركتها التابعة جديا) عن توفر وظيفة مستشار استشاري في التحول الرقمي وهندسة المؤسسات (ما قبل البيع) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • خبرة عملية في التحول الرقمي، وهندسة المؤسسات (TOGAF)، وتحليل الأعمال، والحوكمة، والامتثال.
  • خبرة قوية في مرحلة ما قبل البيع، والاستشارات الحلولية، وورش العمل مع العملاء، والعروض التقديمية التنفيذية، وتطوير العروض (RFP/RFI/RFQ, SOW).
  • خبرة في تحديد حجم الحلول، وتقدير الجهد، وتخطيط الموارد، والتسعير، وتخطيط المشاريع.
  • معرفة بإعادة هندسة العمليات التجارية (BPR)، ونماذج التشغيل المستهدفة (TOM)، وحوكمة البيانات، وتقييمات تأثير الخصوصية (PIA).
  • الإلمام بمبادرات الحوسبة السحابية، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وهندسة المؤسسات، والحكومة الرقمية.
  • مهارات ممتازة في إدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والتواصل، والعرض، والتحليل، وحل المشكلات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، أو تقنية المعلومات، أو الهندسة، أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في التحول الرقمي، أو هندسة المؤسسات، أو استشارات تقنية المعلومات، أو الاستشارات الإدارية.
  • يفضل بشدة وجود خبرة في الأطر التنظيمية السعودية، بما في ذلك قياس، واللائحة العامة لحماية البيانات الشخصية (PDPL)، وهيئة الحكومة الرقمية (DGA)، والمركز الوطني للأمن السيبراني (NCA).
  • الشهادات المهنية مثل TOGAF، PMP، CBAP، COBIT، ITIL، أو شهادات PDPL/خصوصية البيانات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Our subsidiary (Jadaya) is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture, Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in pre-sales, solution consulting, business development, and solution sizing, working closely with Sales, Account Management, and Delivery teams to understand customer requirements, design innovative solutions, prepare winning proposals, estimate project effort and cost, and present consulting offerings to executive stakeholders. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, bridging business objectives with technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Business Analysis, Governance, and Compliance.
  • Strong experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer workshops, executive presentations, and proposal development (RFP/RFI/RFQ, SOW).
  • Experience in solution sizing, effort estimation, resource planning, pricing, and project planning.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Target Operating Models (TOM), Data Governance, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
  • Familiarity with Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Digital Government initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, IT Consulting, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Qiyas, PDPL, DGA, and NCA, is highly preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, PMP, CBAP, COBIT, ITIL, or PDPL/Data Privacy certifications are a plus
