General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing assigned technical tasks in compliance with approved policies, procedures, and regulations

• Providing technical support and ensuring continuity of IT services

• Participating in the development, operation, and maintenance of information systems

• Preparing technical reports and official documentation as required

• Adhering to information security, data confidentiality, and cybersecurity regulations

General Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• Relevant professional experience appropriate to the job title

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity standards
