Key Responsibilities:

* Perform the daily financial closing and review all daily transactions.

* Reconcile revenues and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports.

* Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift.

* Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.

* Prepare daily reports and submit them to the relevant departments.

* Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth night shift operations.

* Comply with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Night Auditor or in a hotel front office role.

* Hands-on experience with Opera Cloud.

* Good knowledge of daily closing procedures and financial reporting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Good command of English, both written and spoken.

* Valid driving license with the ability to drive confidently.

* Ability to work night shifts on a full-time basis.
