What You'll Do
- Identify and acquire new merchants, entrepreneurs, and online businesses.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present FalakCart's value to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records using CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Promote additional services, including digital marketing solutions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor activities.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in SaaS, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling mindset with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Experience using CRM systems (ClickUp experience is a plus).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about sales.
