About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for Carpenter - Engineering to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of hotel facilities and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly through the maintenance system and report any material or technical issues to the supervisor.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently while maintaining Jumeirah quality standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Apply new skills and best practices to support operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property.
• Secondary education required; vocational certification and trade qualification preferred.
• Strong technical skills in trade, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of safety and building systems.
• Proficient in English, able to work independently and adapt to diverse environments.
