The Sales Engineer - DX & VRF will be based in Riyadh and will sell York and Hitachi DX & VRF Products (Split, Ducted, VRF, Packaged Systems and CRAC units)
- Drive sales of York and Hitachi DX products (Split, Ducted, VRF, Packaged Systems and CRAC units) through contractors, end-user, and consultants.
- Achieve assigned sales targets including bookings, revenue, margins, and collection goals.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new accounts to expand market coverage and strengthen channel presence.
- Build strong relationships with existing dealers to increase loyalty, engagement, and business volume.
- Support clients and customers with product selection, pricing, and technical guidance to close opportunities effectively.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, joint customer meetings, and market visits to generate demand and track pipeline.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow-ups for order conversion.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Finance, Service, and Marketing) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and payment collection as per agreed terms.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline data, and sales portal updates.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and dealer events to increase brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and channel management frameworks.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of DX & VRF Products (Split, Ducted, VRF, and Packaged Systems) within the central region
- Strong technical knowledge of DX & VRF systems including splits, ducted, and packaged units.
- Experience collaborating with clients / contractors and consultants’ networks in the KSA market.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing channel partners.
- Strong commercial understanding with experience in pricing and negotiations.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
