Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Optician located in Saudi Arabia. As an Optician, you will assist customers with selecting eyewear that best suits their needs, conduct basic eye exams, and provide exceptional customer service. The role also encompasses ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their questions and concerns, managing eyewear adjustments, and helping create an excellent shopping experience. Additionally, you will work closely with the team to maintain product knowledge and uphold high levels of professionalism in customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Optics and a strong understanding of Optometry principles
• Only Saudi
• Proficiency in conducting Eye Exams and assisting with eyewear selection
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering Customer Satisfaction
• Attention to detail, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to assist diverse groups of clients
• Prior experience in the optometry field or a related role is preferred
• Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
• Diploma or certification in Optometry, Opticianry, or a related discipline is desirable
