شركة Wipro تعلن عن حاجة إلى محلل أمن سيبراني متخصص في بيئات OT (OT SOC Analyst) للعمل في مدينة ينبع، المملكة العربية السعودية، مع خبرة عملية في منصات Nozomi Networks وSplunk Enterprise Security لدعم عمليات الرصد والتحقيق والاستجابة للحوادث في البيئات الصناعية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

نبحث عن محترف متمرس في مجال أمن OT (التقنية التشغيلية) يتمتع بخبرة عملية في Nozomi Networks وSplunk ES، لدعم أنشطة مراقبة الأمن السيبراني لبيئات OT، والتحقيق في الحوادث، والبحث عن التهديدات، والاستجابة لها عبر البيئات الصناعية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التحقيق والاستجابة لحوادث أمن OT التي يتم رفعها من فريق المستوى الأول (L1).
  • مراقبة وإدارة منصات Nozomi Guardian وCMC وVantage.
  • تنفيذ عمليات صيد التهديدات (Threat Hunting)، وتحليل السبب الجذري، وربط الحوادث باستخدام Splunk ES.
  • تطوير وضبط حالات الاستخدام (Use Cases) ولوحات المعلومات والتقارير الخاصة بأمن OT.
  • التعاون مع فرق OT وIT وSOC للاستجابة للحوادث ومعالجتها.
  • دعم أنشطة إعداد المنصة، والفحوصات الصحية، والامتثال، وإعداد التقارير.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة إجمالية من 8 إلى 12 سنة في مجال الأمن السيبراني.
  • خبرة من 5 إلى 8 سنوات في الأمن السيبراني، تتضمن 3+ سنوات في عمليات أمن OT/ICS.
  • خبرة قوية في Nozomi Networks وSplunk Enterprise Security.
  • معرفة بمعايير IEC 62443 وNIST SP 800-82 وإطار MITRE ATT&CK للأنظمة التحكم الصناعية (ICS).
  • فهم جيد لأنظمة التحكم الصناعية وبروتوكولات OT.
  • الشهادات المفضلة: NNCE/NNCSE، شهادات Splunk، GICSP، GCIH، CEH، Security+، CCNA.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • Nozomi Networks (Guardian, CMC, Vantage) - إلزامي.
  • Splunk Enterprise Security (SIEM).
  • عمليات أمن OT/ICS.
  • صيد التهديدات والاستجابة للحوادث (Threat Hunting & Incident Response).
  • أنظمة SCADA وPLC وHMI وDCS وهندسة Purdue المعمارية.

Role Summary: We are looking for a seasoned OT SOC professional with hands-on experience in Nozomi Networks and Splunk ES to support OT cybersecurity monitoring, incident investigation, threat hunting, and response activities across industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and respond to OT security incidents escalated from L1 teams.
  • Monitor and administer Nozomi Guardian, CMC, and Vantage platforms.
  • Perform threat hunting, root cause analysis, and incident correlation using Splunk ES.
  • Develop and tune OT security use cases, dashboards, and reports.
  • Collaborate with OT, IT, and SOC teams for incident response and remediation.
  • Support platform onboarding, health checks, compliance, and reporting activities.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3+ years in OT/ICS security operations.
  • Strong expertise in Nozomi Networks and Splunk Enterprise Security.
  • Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and MITRE ATT&CK for ICS.
  • Understanding of industrial control systems and OT protocols.

Preferred Certifications: NNCE/NNCSE, Splunk Certifications, GICSP, GCIH, CEH, Security+, CCNA.
