We are seeking a Network Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical knowledge of network technologies and the ability to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the network environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design and Implementation:

• Plan, design, and implement network infrastructure (voice, data, and security) to support business operations and customer needs.
• Ensure the scalability and stability of the network to accommodate business growth and evolving requirements.

Network Operations and Maintenance:

• Monitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.
• Implement and manage network configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure optimal performance.

Security and Compliance:

• Supervise the configuration and setup of security infrastructure (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and secure access protocols).
• Conduct periodic security reviews and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., SAMA, AML/CTF).

Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity:

• Plan, design, and implement disaster recovery procedures for the network infrastructure.
• Ensure the backup and recovery of critical network components and services.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators.
• Work closely with IT operations, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations.

Job Requirements:

Nationality:

• Saudi

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in network technologies (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, Juniper, Cisco) are a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in network management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale network environments.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong technical knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
• Experience with network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of network security, access control, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
